Accepting These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Sana, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sana.
Apple App Store License
If you download Sana from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your license to use the app. These terms supplement that agreement. If they conflict about the app license, Apple’s agreement controls.
What Sana Provides
Sana provides guided yoga and Pilates sessions, personalized workout suggestions, progress history, reminders, and AI-generated coaching. Features and availability may change as we improve the service.
Not Medical Advice
Sana offers general movement guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Stop a movement if it causes pain or you feel unwell. Workout suggestions and AI responses may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before starting or continuing if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or have a health condition. Do not use Sana for emergencies.
Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, protecting access to your account, and activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or use Sana if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Age Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to create an account or use Sana.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use Sana unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or deceive others.
- Interfere with the service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or bypass technical limits.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit Sana except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Submit content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or is illegal.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as professional advice.
Your Content
When you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, reproduce, and use it as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Sana and provide the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Please do not submit photos or other content containing someone else's personal information without their permission.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; Apple handles eligible refund requests for App Store purchases.
Third-Party Services and Workout Content
Sana relies on third-party services and licensed workout content. Content, instructors, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that every session or recommendation will suit your circumstances or produce a particular result.
Ownership
Sana's software, design, branding, and original content are owned bySenzu Labs LLC and applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Sana or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a breach of these terms, or protect the service. Provisions that logically continue after termination will survive.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sana is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Senzu Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Sana. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update Sana and these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required. Continuing to use Sana after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Governing Law
Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
